New things and tricks

Trying something different and I may go and change it but I have been uploading my pics through Flickr and then copying the html code over to here but gonna just add straight through blogger and see if it's okay.

Anyway, back to the post. Today we got out on the boat(2nd attempt in two days) for just a bit before the bottom fell out and Cam got to wear his new life-jacket. We all like it a whole lot better than the other one he had to wear.

Also today he finally mastered the trick of getting into the dining room chairs. He can now get up there and sit. Darn...now how in the world can I baby proof them?!

 

One more thing. Some of you may remember my status update on Facebook about giving him a sippy cup to drink his night time milk with......well it has been a week and I guess the bottle is long gone.... :( He's growing  up on me.

{1st Boat Ride}

We got out on the boat today including Camden. He absolutely loved it. The life jacket that he has to wear looked incredibly uncomfortable but he didn't seem to mind it much. We rode pretty fast and he loved having the wind in his face. He kept his eyes closed most of the time because of it and the sun was so bright. I even dipped his feet into the water a few times which he enjoyed also.

We took the boat up into the blue hole(well one of them) where the kids swing from a rope high up in a tree and jump or rather fall into the water below. Karli and Kelsey kept wanting to get in the water in there but I wasn't gonna let them. The water looked crazy nasty in there and it was humid and hot and it just felt weird.

We rode back towards where we put the boat in and stopped by the sandbar to let the girls get in and swim. As you can tell they wasted no time jumping in.
